Steven Knee, Captain USCG Captain Steven Knee was born in NYC, the son of "King of the Jingles" Singer/Announcer/Actor Bernie Knee, and has been boating his entire life. With a professional career that began as a musician and graphic designer, Steven came to the charter boat industry 20 years ago by way of working as a Location Manager in the film industry, always being the "guy with the boat" to hire when needed for shoots. Expanding to the pleasure side of the market, Steven has developed Urban Desire Cruises as a yacht charter agency in New York, California, and beyond. . Susan Bennett, General Manager/Cruise Director Born in New Jersey, Suzi grew up overseas in London and Barcelona. Returning home for high school years in CT, she relocated to San Diego, CA. and has worked in the health and wellness field as both practitioner and administrator. After joining Urban Desire Cruises, Suzi splits her time between New York and California to oversee the charter operations on both coasts. Jen Jaffe, Mate Jen grew up spending summers sailing on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Her background in catering and and active career in fashion modeling keeps Jen busy when she's not aboard Urban Desire. Bill Long, Mate A Pennsylvania native, Bill has his boaters license and is a certified NAUI scuba instructor. He's also a surfer and has spent summers boating on the New Jersey shore. A recent graduate of the prestigious art school, Pratt Institute, Bill will be exploring his future as a metal sculptor. Along the way, he has worked in the restaurant and catering business and his experience is evident when he is with the guests on board the Urban Desire. Chef Bruce Kattke Chef Bruce grew up on Long Island and is a graudate of the Long Island Culinary Instutute. He has worked for Estee Lauder, Nassau, Glen Head and Pine Hollow Country Clubs, is a VIP Chef for Belmont Racetrack. Chef Raymond Chef Raymond's includes positions at the Boca Raton Country Club, the Waldorf Astoria and Four Seasons Hotels, and Windows on the World. Culinary Institute of America and European training. Urban Desire is pleased to have Chef Ray join us whenever he is available in the May thru August season. .
